You imbue your will within a pre-existing non-intelligent non-consumable magic item, technically turning into a subtle intelligent item.  Your will is tied to a specific task you desire, such as "destroy my rival" or "defeat the elves".  The item has your mental ability scores and possesses empathy, speech, telepathy, and your senses out to 60 ft.  However, they usually keep their intelligence a secret.  If the item has any abilities which can be activated, the will is capable of activating them on its own.

The imbued items has the following additional abilities which it uses to manipulate its hosts into performing its will.

At will- ''[[SRD:Dancing Lights|dancing lights]]'', ''[[SRD:Detect Thoughts|detect thoughts]]'' (no concentration needed on wielder), ''[[SRD:Dominate Monster|dominate monster]]'' (wielder only, concentration), ''[[Insidious Suggestion (3.5e Spell)|insidious suggestion]]''.  Saves are based on your spellcasting ability modifier.

It is also capable of constantly missing attacks at any time in spite of the effort of its wielder.  The item is technically a cursed item, and it can choose to become impossible to drop or always become the weapon drawn by its current owner.  This ability cannot be dispelled but may be removed with ''[[SRD:Break Enchantment|break enchantment]]'' and higher abilities.
