You lose these benefit against a creature with no Constitution score. Once per round, after you first attack using a Macuahuitl or a Great Macuahuitl, you gain extra attack using you full BAB. In counterpart, all other attacks you will perform for the rest of the round suffer to a penalty of -2 on attack roll.
