A host of possession is a binder hwo improve upon an inherent connection with vestiges, allowing them to bind many more vestiges, although at the sacrifice of good pacts. Most host of possession start as [[Soulbound (3.5e Template)|soulbound]] creatures who sought to end the troublesome sign of their bound vestige by learning proper soul-binding, and then discover a way to exploit their inherent connection with the void outside of reality.
