Alternatively, you can use it to render up to a 10 ft. cube/level of space incapable of combusting or maintaining a flame, draining away the heat required for it.  Temperatures in the area never rise above 100 degrees, and all long-term combustion fails.  Instantaneous effects, such as a ''[[SRD:Fireball|fireball]]'', are not affected.  Any fires currently in progress are extinguished for for 1 round/level.  If conditions remain where the substances would ignite again, they may do so once the duration is up.
