[[Summary::A crossbreed between humans and magical moonfolks, the half-lunarian possesses some of the magic of their forebear.]] It is said that the moonfolks have visited humanity in the past in large numbers, and even established earthly colonies, leaving only their offspring with the human when they went back. The half-lunarians are the descendent of such offspring, or even the result of a more recent visit by a lone moonfolk. The half-lunarians are mostly human-looking, with hints of otherworldliness. They tend to be pale-skinned, have a large variety of hair or eye colors and are rather androgynous in appearance and demeanor. While they have a wide range of personality, many half-lunarians tend to be rather cold and aloof.

Most half-lunarians have inherent magical abilities which they inherited from their moonfolk parents. Some half-lunarians pursue their magical abilities and become spellcasters, while others prefer to use them to supplement their other skills. Half-lunarians almost never have any society of their own, rather they tend to blend in human society rather well. They are often completely unaware of their heritage, simply pursuing their human interests until their lengthened lifespan proves that they are not wholly human.

The half-lunarian may invoke the utterance without a spell as standard action, counting as a 1st level spell.
