By spending the time and using a proper focus for the magic, the light of a ''continual flame'' can be altered, providing a soft glow instead of a fire's flicker. This light can be used to grow plants as if exposed to weak natural daylight. Generally, a single fey light is enough light for few nearby small plants within the radius of the primary illumination.
