This functions as a ''[[SRD:Plane Shift|plane shift]]'' spell that can only affect an enemy. You are able to freely determine the target plane with perfect accuracy, but the victim can only be sent to a layer of the Abyss.

Once there, the enemy is magically bound to that layer (as though they are under the effect of a ''[[SRD:Dimensional Lock|dimensional lock]]'') and unable to leave by any means. This effect is permanent until removed by a ''[[SRD:Freedom|freedom]]'', ''[[SRD:Wish|wish]]'', or ''[[SRD:Miracle|miracle]]'' spell.
