Creatures in a 30 foot radius spread must make a Will save (DC 15, save is Charisma-based) or become [[SRD:Panicked|panicked]]. This is a [Fear] effect, and includes the Devourer of Sin. The radius of this ability increases by 10 feet for every additional Hit Die of advancement.

Devourers of Sin have two bloodshot eyes the size of dinner plates.
