If you use [[Insidious Suggestion (3.5e Spell)|''insidious suggestion'']] you may even make a suicidal course of action merely sound harmful.

As a side bonus, if the target succeed it [[will]] save but fail to see through your [[SRD:Bluff Skill|Bluff]] it will not be able to realize you attempted to use a suggestion upon it.
