Once this candle is lit, it provide illumination as normal and give off a sweet lavender scent. All creatures within 20 feet of the candle become unable to lie (as per [[SRD:Zone of Truth|''zone of truth'']]) with no saving throw allowed. If directly asked a question, any creature in the area must make a DC 19 [[Will]] save or be under a strong compulsion to answer in a direct manner. 

The candle burn for 1 hours, it can be snuffed at any time, however it lifespan is always used in increment of minutes.
