If Caltrop Panic is used during a creature's movement, make a [[SRD:Sleight of Hand Skill|Sleight of Hand]] check opposed by the moving creature's [[SRD:Spot Skill|Spot]] check. If the moving creature fails, it is treated as [[SRD:Flat-Footed|flat-footed]] against the caltrops if it moves through them during the remainder of its turn.
