== Blight Grenade ==
''The severed shrunken head of an enemy.  Stiches seal up its eyes and mouth, and a foul looking and foul smelling pus leaks from its pores.''

[[Summary::A semi-magical and rather barbaric evil alchemical grenade, it is formed from the severed heads of creatures.  As the stronger the creature, the stronger the effect of the grenade and so the heads of powerful enemies are preferred.]]  When thrown it explodes into a 10 ft radius foul cloud of toxic gas, dealing 2d6 points of poison damage (no save) and exposing them to a pre-determined disease which takes place immediately as per ''[[SRD:Contagion|contagion]]''.  The DC of the disease is equal to 10 + 1/2 the severed head's HD + the severed head's [[Con]] score they had in life.  The grenade has a range increment of 40 ft.

To create the blight grenade, one must sever the head of a creature and succeed on a Craft (Alchemy) or Craft (Taxidermy) check.  They must also cast ''[[SRD:Contagion|contagion]]'' upon the head, choosing one of the diseases possible with the spell.  Though magic is used as part of creation, no item creation feat is needed and the resulting grenade is non-magical.
