The more I look at it the more I agree with GW.  This is a 10 LVL prestige pinnacle caliber ability and has no place in a paragon (which this is quite good as without)

It would be more appropriate to goose the swim bonus and/or add wild empathy here instead of the game changer that is Unearthly Grace.  

Better still would be damage reduction.  Nymphs get DR10/cold iron.   Give the Paragon +2DR/lvl so it maxes at 6DR at lvl 3.  Cool and still half what a Full nymph has while fulfilling the purpose of a paragon class: To become better at what you are.
