:Yes. Think of it as the parallel to [[SRD:Dimensional Lock|Dimensional Lock]] as Warp is to Teleport. It also doubles as an expensive "Detect Anchor Zone", which PCs in a game I used your Warp spell and this spell in used this spell for a few times. --[[User:Aarnott|Aarnott]] 02:21, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
