[[Summary::A vulnerable weapon allows the wielder to transfer some or all of the sword’s enhancement bonus as a penalty to AC for those he attacks successfully.]]  As a free action, the wielder chooses how to allocate the weapon’s enhancement bonus at the start of his turn before using the weapon.  If he makes a successful attack, the creature gains a penalty to their AC until the beginning of the wielder's next turn.
