|reason=Well turning was never very useful in the first place, so it cannot be said that this is useful on the whole. Further, there is no discernible reason that this should be a ''racial'' substitution level rather than one available to anyone. All that said, this broadens the options available, and options are good. This article is worthwhile, but nothing special.
