This item functions as a Bullet with the [[SRD:Spell Storing|Spell Storing]] Enchantment, However, The Spell stored in the bullet is only Discharged when it is fired from a firearm and contacts a surface such as a wall or creature. When the spell makes contact with what it hits, target or not, it triggers the spell at its location.<br/>
When creating Spell Storing Bullets they may be created in a batch of 100, this number may be lowered but does not effect the cost of enchanting it. Any bullet may be used in creating Spell Storing Bullets.
