Rapid repair utility foam comes in pressurized cans which contain two chemicals that combine during the spraying process.  The resulting material is a thick foam that rapidly expands in size, and hardens into whatever shape it is filled within or smoothed over, while bonding broken or shattered pieces together to maintain structural integrity.  The material is pinkish, and rapidly hardens into a dark dull red hue.  

When used on damaged mostly solid objects such as a wall or a cart, it grants temporary hp up to the amount of damage the object has received, effectively repairing it.  These repairs decay and flake with time, losing 1 hp every hour until all temporary hp is lost.  The temporary hp is also reduced when the object receives actual healing, or when taking additional damage.

Cans come in various sizes (typically 10, 25, 50, and 100) ejecting up to 25 points of effective repair as a full round action when used.  The foam can be removed immediately with the application of [[SRD:Universal Solvent|Universal Solvent]].
