You replace one of your eye with the eye of a [[Dire Hypnotoad (3.5e Monster)|dire hypnotoad]], granting you the ability to hypnotize others with but a look. This graft grant the host a [[SRD:Gaze|gaze]] attack usable as a standard action, every affected creature must make a DC (10 + 1/2 HD + [[Cha]] mod) [[will]] save or become [[SRD:Fascinated|fascinated]] for as long as you maintain the gaze (each round as a standard action). This is obviously a mind-affecting [compulsion] ability.

Once per day you may attempt either a [[Insidious Suggestion (3.5e Spell)|''insidious suggestion'']] or a [[SRD:Mass Suggestion|''mass suggestion'']] as a free action, the target (or targets) must be creatures [[SRD:Fascinated|fascinated]] by your hypnotic gaze.

If you replace both of your eyes with this graft, you may use the [[Insidious Suggestion (3.5e Spell)|''insidious suggestion'']]/[[SRD:Mass Suggestion|''mass suggestion'']] a number of time equal to your [[charisma]] modifier (minimum 1/day). The constant passive hypnotic waves you emit also make any non-hostile creatures one step friendlier towards you than normal (to a maximum of Friendly). This is only an 'initial attitude' - if you take any actions that harm or offend them, their attitude will adjust appropriately.
