Elastic wonders are the result of weird experiment, strange magical occurrence or other strange phenomena. They have the uncanny ability to stretch their body in impossible manners, much like if their body was made from a highly elastic fiber. Elastic wonders are coming from all stocks and trades, although each are very rare and even those with the potential of becoming elastic wonders rarely do so, stretching to impossible just isn't that appealing.

'''{{Anchor|Class Progression}}:''' The elastic wonder is a special case, less a class and more a universal alternate class feature.  You gain the BAB, saves, skill points, and class skills of a previous class you leveled in, and may improve your previous class abilities as if you took a level in your chosen previous class.  Only things which scale with level are advanced, new class features are not gained.  For example, a barbarian would continue to gain more rages per day and more trap sense, but not a new feature such as tireless rage or mighty rage.  A wizard would gain caster level and spells known, but not receive any bonus feats.  The one exception to this rule is the [[fighter]] class, who obtains an extra fighter bonus feat at 3rd, 6th, and 9th.  If you have more than one class before entering elastic adept you may choose what class to advance each level.

A elastic wonder always count as wearing heavy [[Dilatantoplastic (3.5e Equipment)|dilatantoplastic]] heavy armor when beneficial (so their movement speed is not negatively impacted, nor do they receive arcane spell failure or armor check penalties) and their unarmed attack and natural attack always count as being made of [[Dilatantoplastic (3.5e Equipment)|dilatantoplastic]].

The elastic wonder weight is forevermore halved because her body is now extremely lightweight and she gains [[Hinder Energy (3.5e Creature Ability)|energy hindrance]] to acid as well as resistance 10 to cold and electricity. At character level 10th she become immune to acid and gain [[Hinder Energy (3.5e Creature Ability)|energy hindrance]] to cold and electricity.
  
'''{{Anchor|Elastic}} {{Ex}}:''' A elastic wonder's body is very very flexible, she gains a +4 bonus on [[SRD:Escape Artist Skill|escape artist]] check per class level and +1 for levels in other classes. She is also very resistant to blunt trauma, lowering bludgeoning damages by 5 (to a minimum of half the original damage) before damage reduction per class level. At 5th level you may attempt epic escape artist check without being epic level.

'''{{Anchor|Stretch}} {{Ex}}:''' The iconic ability of the elastic wonder is their ability to stretch, enlarge and shrink body parts at will. At 1st level they start being able to stretch their hands, legs, fingers, and neck. Note that stretching while armored is impossible and tend to tear clothes, they take their armor's armor check penalty as a penalty to 'class level' to determine the effect of their stretching (by example a 4th level elastic wonder with and ACP of 2 would count as a 2nd elastic wonder for the purpose of how far she can stretch her arm). Magical clothes do not tear and the ACP penalty of magical armor is halved (although only for the purpose of interacting with stretch). An elastic wonder can stretch one body part (as listed below) as a move action, they can return one or all body parts to normal size as an immediate or move action. 

Body parts can stretched at a maximum of 5' per class level plus an additional 5' per two level in another class or racial hit dice. So a fighter 2/elastic wonder 4 could stretch her limbs up to 25'.  

''Hands'': An elastic wonder can suddenly enlarge her hands/fist to be much bigger than normal, her unarmed attack and natural attack count as if they were one size larger. This ability stack with variable size. Unlike other stretch ability this is activated as part of an attack and the hands return to normal automatically.

''Legs:'' An elastic wonder is capable of stretching her legs, this allow her to reach greater height easily but does not change her size. While stretching her leg she occupy an additional square on top of her per 5' she stretched her legs, however her threatening range and line of sight is only calculated from the topmost square, as a result if she stretch herself too much she will become unable to threaten creatures at her feet.  

''Fingers:'' An elastic wonder is capable of stretching' per class level, this both creepy and almost mechanically useless. It does allow her to press buttons form afar or poke someone from a hidden position for all good it does.  

''Neck:'' An elastic wonder can stretch their neck, which say allow them to see above a fence or something with minimal mechanical benefits. 

''Arms'': A elastic wonder can stretch her arms, this has two main use: She can grab items from really far away and do thing hands generally (such as operating a possibly trapped lever far from the actual trap). She can grab onto thing (like a ledge)  then immediately go back to normal size, since she was holding on to an object she be moved there instead of her normal position (mechanically treat this as [[Hookshot (3.5e Equipment)|hookshot]], although instead of needing to damage the surface the elastic wonder only need to grab or latch on the surface and the range is limited by how far she can stretch her arms). In combat the elastic wonder can stretch her arm as a standard action, making one attack against any target within 5' per class level.

''Spine'': A elastic wonder can stretch her torso/spine, this work like stretching her legs except the extra square do not need to be on top of the last, it simply need to be connected. This allow the elastic wonder to snake their way to a particular square and assume some bizarre shapes. However much like stretching legs, only the last square created (the one with the head and shoulder) is calculated when determining threatening range and line of sight, stretching too much like leave the body vulnerable to attack with no possibility of retribution. Additionally while stretching her spine, the elastic wonder is unable to move conventionally.  

''Everything'': A 4th level elastic wonder can now stretch any or every body parts at the same time as a move action, this allow for some wacky combinations.

'''{{Anchor|Variable Form}} {{Ex}}:''' A elastic wonder can reform her body as [[Alter Form (3.5e Spell)|''alter form'']], however she may only use it to alter her own body proportions. She cannot alter things like her hair color (but the length of her hair could be adjusted), her gender or her skin color.

At 3rd level she is no longer limited to her form (she can change her color and whatnot) but she cannot change her gender or age still.

At 5th level she can twist herself in a way that duplicate [[Mimic Morph (3.5e Spell)|''mimic morph'']] except the ambush attack does not deal extra acid damage, instead the elastic wonder may start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity.

This ability always affect her no matter her type and it stack with both her ''powerful build'' and ''slight build'' abilities. When she reach character level 9th she become able to use this ability as an immediate or move action.

'''{{Anchor|Blunt Trauma Resistant}} {{Ex}}:''' At 5th level the elastic wonder flat out halves (before DR) any source of bludgeoning damages instead of reducing it.  When she reach character level 12th she become immune to bludgeoning damages and effectively become immune to being crushed, falling damage and other form of sheer blunt trauma.
