[[Summary::This simple serum, cause blood to rapidly coagulate, almost instantly stopping any source of bleeding.]] Applying this serum is a full-round action or a standard action with a DC 20 [[SRD:Heal Skill|Heal]] check, both provoking an attack of opportunity. Once applied the serum cause any source of bleed damage to stop and reset [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleed]] to 0. This can even stop a full bleedout if applied before a creature's turn.

If applied twice within a minute on the same creature it become [[SRD:Staggered|staggered]] for 1 round. The serum require careful application and thus cannot be applied to an unwilling creature.
