|benefit=You gain the effect of a [[Ring of Magic Renewal (3.5e Equipment)|Ring of Magic Renewal]] (which stack with the actual ring), however the ring only recharge while under the sky. The maximum number point you may store at one time is also limited to 2 + half your character levels (rounded down, instead of a static 8). However if you have no line of sight with the sky you take a -1 penalty to your caster level for the purpose of duration and range.

As part of taking this feat you may also choose a common to uncommon celestial event (such as a boreal aurora or a full moon), while under a clear sky while the celestial event is undergoing you gain a +1 insight bonus to your caster level and the charge cost to regain a spell is lowered by 1 (to a minimum of 1).
