When you manifest this power and concentrate on it, you project your voice and image onto a viable medium within 30 feet of the target creature. You are able to perceive and talk through this medium but nothing else. The medium may be a pool of liquid, a mirror or a similar body. The image you project may be of you, an avatar or anything else you wish to imagine. You can hear and see out of your medium.

Only the target of this power is able to perceive your image and voice, all others are oblivious. The power immediately ends if the medium is disturbed, such as a mirror being broken or a pool of water being disrupted. If the original target moves, you may move across another medium to follow it. The power ends if the creature moves more than 60 feet away from any viable medium.

If you manifest this power on a sleeping or meditating creature, you do not need a medium and may project into their mind directly. The power ends if the creature is woken up however.

This power function even across planes.
