Upon touching an old item, you revert its state to when it was new again.  This repairs some damage, removes rust, un-rots food, restores a mostly-intact corpse, and makes things look shiny and new.  It does not restore magical charges, restore magic to completely broken magic items, or affect creatures such as constructs.

You can revert time for the object's condition up to the point of its creation and no further.  Recovery restores 1 hp of damage per manifester level to an object.  It turns back the clock up to 24 hours.

Once an item has been time reverted, it cannot be time reverted again except by a stronger effect (see augmentation).  Multiple reversions overlap, they do not stack.
