As you cast this spell, the air behind your target cracks open into a vicious array of teeth and jaws, and tentacle-like tongues drag them in screaming.  A creature which fails their [[Reflex]] save takes 1d6 points of magic slashing damage per level and are thrown into an extradimensional space where they are considered grappled.  Each round they remain grappled, they take 5d6 points of bludgeoning damage and 5d6 points of acid damage a round, no save.  ''[[SRD:Freedom of Movement|Freedom of movement]]'' is suppressed inside the mouth, though creatures with this spell gain a +8 bonus on grapple checks.  The spell's effective grapple score is the caster level + casting ability modifier + 8 for size.

Regardless if the saving throw was successful, the mouth remains in the spot it was conjured.  It is Huge (with a 15 ft reach and 15 ft space), though it is capable of eating things far larger than it without problems and is capable of storing endless amounts of creatures within it.  At the start of your turn, it forces [[Reflex]] saves on any creature within 15 ft of it and tries to devour them.  You can move it up to 60 ft a round as a move action, relocating where the mouth awaits.
