*'''Scare Attack''': You deal +1d6 damage but only against scared ([[shaken]], [[frightened]] or [[SRD:Panicked|panicked]] or [[Revised Fear Effects (3.5e Variant Rule)|similar conditions]]) or flat-footed enemies (so, enemies that have their Dexterity bonus to AC negated. In this case it stacks with Sneak Attack and Sudden Attack). 

:If you successfully hit a flat-footed enemy using the Scare Attack feature, you may make a free [[Intimidate]] check against that opponent to demoralize it until the end of your next round. The damage dealt increases by +1d6 at each odd level.
