|benefit=You may make skill checks out to 60' by making small portals you stick your hands through.  You may manipulate or grab (but not wield) items out to that range.  While you are using portals in this manner, one or more of your hands are considered occupied (as appropriate for the action).  Creatures can attack your hands while they are in other squares because of this, but they have a -4 to hit them.

Additionally, you may use your Intelligence to attack rolls made from squares other than your own.
