The clockwork knight armor's enhancement bonus to [[Strength]] increase by +2. While wearing your suit, you have a minimum [[Strength]] of 21 while wearing it (as a [[Revised Belt of Ogre Strength (3.5e Equipment)|Belt of Ogre Strength]]) except that it cap at twice your [[Strength]] modifier, whichever is lower.
