Targets affected by this essence must make a [[SRD:Saving_Throw#Will|will save]].  Each affected target that fails a Will save must immediately start cowering.  While cowering, the afflicted falls [[SRD:Prone|prone]], and may only take a partial action, though may not attack, cast a spell or purposely trigger any ability for offensive, defensive or maneuverability reasons.  This is a [[SRD:Mind-Affecting Effect|mind-affecting effect]].  If already or [[SRD:Panicked|panicked]], this invocation only makes the target prone.
