By touching a metallic mundane object of a large size or smaller, the caster hardens the object. The touched object gains 2 points of hardness and 10 HP. As long as the touched object is under this spell, it emits an invisible faint magical aura than can be detected by a [[SRD:Detect Magic|Detect Magic]] spell or a similar effect. 

You can cast this spell using a spell slot of a higher level (up to level 5), and for each spell level above the level 1, the touched object gains 2 points of hardness and 10 HP (to a maximum of 10 points of hardness and 50 HP for a level 5).
